The secret of its flavor is a brine treatment mixed with 21 aromatic herbs and a very slow steam cooking. A traditional recipe that makes it Italy’s best loved cooked ham, the first on the market without any added polyphosphates.

Our cured ham originates on the green hills of Parma, where it rests for a long time in our cellars, with controlled humidity levels and temperatures. An exquisitely Italian “delightful idleness” that allows it to reach that unmistakable level of sweetness.

SALAMI

With Ferrarini you can experience the true flavor of salami, since ever a favorite on Italian tables, thanks to an ancient recipe that skillfully balances flavors, just as it was a long time ago. Available in different flavors and different seasoning.

MORTADELLA

Ferrarini’s mortadella is produced according to the ancient Bologna’s recipe and it’s instantly recognizable thanks to its unique aroma and its delicate flavor. With or without pistachios, each mortadella is produced according to traditional recipes, with selected meats that are
gluten and milk protein free.

ITALIAN CHEESE AND BUTTER

Our Parmigiano Reggiano, our butter – produced by the Ferrarini Farm – and the other selected cheeses produced by local suppliers, are all genuine specialties, respectful of tradition, just as all Italians like.
